BOOKINGS
When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the booking terms and conditions.
Bookings can be made via our booking link or through Instagram/Facebook messenger. Alternatively, you can call the salon on 07591137807.
CANCELLATIONS
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within this period or 'no shows' will result in a 50% charge.
If you need to change your appointment please do your best to contact me as soon as possible.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the treatment may not be able to go ahead but you will still be charged for the whole treatment time.
A non-refundable booking fee is required for certain bookings.
PATCH TESTS
Patch tests are required for all lash & brow tinting, lifting & PMU services.
Patch tests are free and need to be carried out 48 hours before the appointment.
Patch testing for lash extensions is optional due to the fact that the lash glue does not touch the skin, therefore we cannot get an accurate result as to whether a reaction will occur. If you're prone to sensitivities or have had previous reactions, please discuss this with me prior and we can book for a patch test.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data is collected in accordance with GDPR guidelines, this data is protected, private and completely confidential. Any information collected is solely used so that we can perform treatments safely and correctly and to ensure we can contact you regarding your appointment. We need to store this data for 7 years to comply with our insurance policies.
